Facility Rules

• Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• All participants must sign a liability waiver before entering the facility (required during online reservation).

• If reserving space on behalf of a group, you are responsible for your own actions as well as those of your group.

• Staying past your reserved rental time will result in an automatic charge for an additional hour.

• All equipment and rental spaces must be left in the same condition as found. Failure to do so will result in an additional rental hour charge.

• Violations of these rules may result in account suspension and/or additional charges.

General Facility Information

• Delco Turf & Pickle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

• In the event of an injury or medical emergency, participants are solely responsible for seeking and covering the cost of medical care.

Refund & Reservation Policies

Turf Rentals

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the rental date.

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the rental date are eligible for a 50% refund, or a credit for 100% of the reservation cost toward future use.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date are non-refundable.

Pickleball Courts

• All reservations are final. No refunds will be issued.

Batting Cages

• All reservations are final. No refunds will be issued.
