Policies

Facility Rules: 

• No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the premises without an adult present.
• No customer is allowed into the facility without signing our liability waiver. (Due upon online reservation). 
• If you are reserving space on behalf of a group of people, you assume responsibility for yourself and anyone else in your group. 
• If you stay past your reserved rental time your account will automatically be charged an additional hour. 
• If you fail to leave the equipment/ or rental space as you found it you will be charged automatically for an additional rental hour.
• Failure to adhere to these policies will result in a suspended account or you will be charged additionally for the violation of these policies. 

General Facility Information:

• Delco Turf & Pickle is not responsible for any lost or stolen property on the premises.
• In the event of an injury or medical emergency, You are solely responsible for seeking medical care.

Refund Policies:

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of turf reservations. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start of the rental period.
• All deposits for the turf and non refundable. 
• In the event of a reservation cancellation, turf rentals will be refunded 50% if cancelled 7 days or more before the start of the rental period. Subsequently, an organization can opt for a credit toward future use of the facility for 100% of the cost of the reservation. 
• Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the start of the rental period will not be able to receive a refund. 
• All pickleball court reservations are final. There will be no refunds for pickle court reservations.
• All Batting cage reservations are final. There will be no refunds for batting cage reservations.
